ICF Cornwall Ltd has the capabilities and network to bring your project into reality from virgin ground to a covered shell.

Starting with ground works and site preparation, we work with a number of partners who can deliver everything from drainage systems, basement excavations and landscaping to strip footings and insulated and polished slabs.

ICF walls and structures supplied by ourselves.  ICFs can be used as standalone retaining walls and we can do that too.

Internal walls can be delivered either in ICF or in blockwork.  Both are load bearing and can provide additional building performance through sound proofing.

Floor systems for multi level buildings vary from build to build.  ICF Cornwall Ltd aims to provide competitive pricing for the installation of block and beam floors or can install timber floors using composite or solid timber joists and Nudura or Simpson joist hanging systems.  By including the floor systems within a build contract, there is no need to leave site whilst another contractor works.  This helps to streamline the build which, in turn, can speed up delivery of the overall project.

Truss roofs, cut roofs, hip roofs, flat roofs, sedum “living” roofs, ICF Cornwall Ltd has been involved with the installation of a wide number of different styles, types and structures.  All of our roofing partners are experienced companies offering high quality products.

We can combine insulated slabs and roofs with ICF shells to deliver an insulated, whole building envelope which should perform at the highest of standards.

At any time ICF Cornwall Ltd will only accept responsibility contracted ICF services, and any necessary structural services required to complete the ICF works, between the slab and the wall plate.  ICF Cornwall Ltd will provide, if requested, a list of our preferred suppliers for build elements not considered ICF.
