Farmhouse Extension, Cornwall

A 150 sqm extension to a 19th century farmhouse incorporating 2 bedrooms, ensuite, office space and a 50sqm kitchen

What We Did

Frederick Mackintosh has been appointed lead contractor for the build.  We are the main contractor for the build ultimately handing over a set of keys sometime in 2019 dependent on client resources. We assisted throughout the design phase and planning application process and are currently working with Cornwall Council Building Control to get the appropriate sign offs.

So far, all groundworks have been completed, superstructure, windows and roof are installed leaving mostly interior work to be undertaken.
