Charlcombe Homes, Lansdown

A development by Charlcombe Homes Ltd of five £1m homes on a hillside overlooking the historic city of Bath.  All five have a basement detail and architectural details such as loggias and floating bays.  They are dominated by large windows taking in the outstanding views and complimented by open plan living.

What We Did

Frederick Mackintosh was contracted by ICF Direct to provide Nudura installation services, a role that involved building over 1600 square metres of walls.  Each unit was fitted with Kryton Waterstop Systems for which Frederick Mackintosh is an authorised installer and made use of waterproof concrete in below ground level walls.
